This Affiliate Policy governs participation in the affiliate program offered by Semiotics Media through https://vittro.co.in/ (“Platform”).

By enrolling as an affiliate, you agree to comply with this Affiliate Policy, along with our Terms of Use and other applicable policies.

1. Affiliate Program Overview

The Affiliate Program allows approved individuals or businesses (“Affiliates”) to promote services offered on the Platform and earn commissions on successful qualifying referrals.

Participation is subject to approval by Semiotics Media.

We reserve the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any affiliate account at our sole discretion.

2. Eligibility

To participate, affiliates must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Provide accurate registration information

  • Maintain valid payment details

  • Comply with applicable laws and platform policies

Affiliates may not create multiple fraudulent accounts or impersonate others.

3. Referral Tracking

Affiliate referrals are tracked using:

  • Referral links

  • Tracking codes

  • Cookies or other attribution systems

Commission eligibility is determined solely based on our internal tracking systems.

In case of technical discrepancies, Platform records shall be final.

4. Commission Structure

Affiliates are eligible to earn commissions only on:

  • Successfully completed and verified transactions

  • Qualified referrals as determined by Platform rules

Commission percentages, payout thresholds, and campaign structures may be updated from time to time.

Separate written agreements or dashboards may define current commission rates.

5. Payment Terms

Affiliate payouts are subject to:

  • Minimum payout threshold (if applicable)

  • Successful verification of referred transactions

  • Completion of applicable lock-in/verification period

Payments may be withheld or reversed for:

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Cancelled or refunded transactions

  • Self-referrals

  • Chargebacks or disputed payments

Payment timelines may vary depending on internal processing schedules.

6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not:

  • Engage in spam marketing

  • Send unsolicited emails/messages

  • Use misleading advertisements or false claims

  • Bid on branded keywords without authorization

  • Impersonate Semiotics Media or represent themselves as employees/agents

  • Use fraudulent traffic, bots, or fake leads

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.

7. Intellectual Property Usage

Affiliates may use approved brand assets, logos, and promotional materials solely for authorized affiliate promotion.

Unauthorized modification or misuse of brand assets is prohibited.

All intellectual property remains the exclusive property of Semiotics Media.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate affiliate participation at any time for:

  • Breach of this policy

  • Fraudulent conduct

  • Misrepresentation

  • Regulatory or legal concerns

Upon termination, unpaid commissions may be forfeited where policy violations exist.

9. Limitation of Liability

Semiotics Media shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Tracking failures outside reasonable control

  • Payment delays caused by banking/payment systems

  • Business losses arising from affiliate participation

10. Modification of Program

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Affiliate Program or any part thereof at any time without prior notice.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

11. Governing Law

This Affiliate Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Vapi, Gujarat.
