This Bonus Product Policy governs promotional bonus benefits offered by Semiotics Media through https://vittro.co.in/(“Platform”).

By registering, purchasing any package, or participating in promotional offers on the Platform, users agree to this Bonus Product Policy.

1. Promotional Bonus Offer

Eligible users purchasing a platform package from Vittro may receive a complimentary fashion imitation jewellery coupon equivalent to the value of their selected platform package.

Examples:

  • Platform Purchase of ₹10,000 → Jewellery Coupon worth ₹10,000

  • Platform Purchase of ₹25,000 → Jewellery Coupon worth ₹25,000

  • Platform Purchase of ₹50,000 → Jewellery Coupon worth ₹50,000

The coupon value shall always be equal to the purchased platform/package value unless otherwise stated.

2. Nature of Bonus Product

The promotional benefit is provided in the form of:

  • A coupon code/voucher

  • Redeemable against eligible imitation fashion jewellery products

This promotional offer does not constitute:

  • Cashback

  • Cash refund

  • Bank transfer

  • Monetary withdrawal

  • Convertible store credit outside permitted redemption scope

Users shall not interpret coupon value as cash or refundable balance.

3. Coupon Issuance

Coupon code will be issued only after:

  • Successful platform registration

  • Successful payment confirmation

  • Verification of completed transaction

Coupon codes may be delivered through:

  • Registered email

  • User dashboard/account

  • Platform communication channels

4. Redemption Terms

Coupon holders are eligible for:

  • Flat 100% discount up to coupon value

Example:

If coupon value = ₹10,000:

  • Order value ₹8,000 → 100% discount, payable ₹0

  • Order value ₹10,000 → 100% discount, payable ₹0

  • Order value ₹12,000 → ₹10,000 discount, user pays ₹2,000 balance

Unused balance, if any, may be subject to platform rules.

5. Product Category Restriction

Coupons are valid only for eligible:

  • Imitation fashion jewellery products

  • Approved catalogue items listed by Platform or partner vendors

Coupons may not apply to:

  • Shipping charges (if applicable)

  • Taxes/GST (if applicable)

  • Restricted products or excluded categories

6. Validity Period

Coupon codes shall remain valid only for the validity period communicated at issuance.

Expired coupons:

  • Cannot be reactivated

  • Cannot be refunded

  • Cannot be extended unless approved by Platform Owner

7. Non-Transferability

Coupons are:

  • Non-transferable

  • Non-exchangeable

  • Non-refundable

  • Non-redeemable for cash

Only the registered eligible user may redeem the issued coupon unless explicitly permitted.

8. Abuse and Fraud Prevention

Semiotics Media reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or revoke coupon benefits in cases involving:

  • Fraudulent transactions

  • Chargebacks

  • Payment reversals

  • Fake registrations

  • Abuse of promotional systems

  • Multiple accounts created to exploit offers

9. Refund Interaction

If a purchase becomes subject to refund, reversal, cancellation, or payment dispute:

  • Associated coupon benefits may be revoked immediately

  • Redeemed promotional benefits may be invalidated

Bonus eligibility is linked to valid completed purchase.

10. Modification or Withdrawal

Semiotics Media reserves the right to:

  • Modify promotional structures

  • Change coupon rules

  • Withdraw or discontinue offers

without prior notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

Semiotics Media shall not be liable for:

  • Expired coupons

  • User failure to redeem within validity

  • Third-party vendor inventory issues

  • Technical redemption delays outside reasonable control
